Return & Refund Policy

At Siyaram Nursery, we take great pride in the quality and health of our plants. Because plants are perishable living organisms, our return policy is tailored to ensure fair practices in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.
1. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If you receive a plant that is severely damaged, dead, or diseased upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send clear photographs of the damaged plant and the packaging to our support team. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our nursery. Once the order is handed over to our delivery partners, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. For successful pre-dispatch cancellations, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Under standard e-commerce guidelines for perishable goods in India, the following items are non-returnable once delivered in good condition:
- Live plants and saplings.
- Opened bags of soil, fertilizers, or pest control solutions.
- Customized or personalized planters.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be initiated within 48 hours. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
